BN-STEP is a company with a tradition in trade and construction in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it is one of the companies that the transition made stronger, more stable, and strengthened by continuous development.

Our business is based on two decades of experience in trade and construction across three continents, in seven countries, and dozens of different projects.
We launched our joinery manufacturing business in early 2019, and today we cooperate with numerous companies both within and beyond the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We produce high-quality construction joinery from aluminum and PVC profiles of renowned European partners.

The manufacturing facilities for aluminum and PVC joinery are located in our halls in Zavidovići, with approximately 6,000 m² of production space. The production process takes place with the help of modern CNC machines (Elumatec, Urban, Pertici…) with top-notch software (Klaes, Orgadata, AutoCAD…).

The most significant part of the company is our employees. Currently, in our production facilities for ALU and PVC joinery, we have over 60 employees, more than 10% of whom have a university education.

Since we launched our business, we have been dedicated to expansive development while striving to maintain the highest quality of our products. Our windows, doors, winter gardens, facades, and other offerings meet the needs of the most demanding markets.

We supply our products to both domestic and European markets, with our largest sales in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
